David Caro joined the real estate industry 30+ years ago to help those who struggle with traditional real estate and lending avenues. David thrives as an entrepreneur outside a structured corporate environment as it allows him to be more creative. 

In real-estate he has discovered profound joy in helping underserved markets. He takes pride in helping to lift the burden of those who struggle to make their house payments due to the economic downturn. With Loan Modifications, David Caro has successfully helped save hundreds of clients from losing their homes.  

David’s relentless pursuit to expand his capabilities and develop an industry network has allowed him to grow beyond Loan Modifications in to Short Sales, traditional Real Estate Sales, Investor Portfolio Management, Commercial/ Fix & Flip Ventures and Property Management. The diversification of his business has given him a wide breadth & depth of all facets of the real-estate, loan and fiduciary functions- truly a one stop shop.
